What is UGCGenie?+
UGCGenie is an AI platform that generates authentic UGC-style video ads for your product. Describe your product, pick an actor and format, and the genie writes the script, casts the actor, renders the video and returns a platform-ready ad in minutes.
Do the videos look like real UGC?+
Yes — that's the entire point. Scripts are grounded in real customer language and proven UGC frameworks (PAS, AIDA, before-after-bridge). Our creative QA gate rejects anything that reads like a polished corporate advert before it ever reaches your dashboard.
Do I need video editing skills?+
No. You supply a product name, description and a few pointers — the platform handles scripting, casting, voice, filming-style direction, captions and rendering. You can regenerate individual scenes without touching a timeline editor.
What formats does UGCGenie produce?+
Vertical 9:16 videos optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, in talking-head (AI actor) and voiceover + b-roll (faceless) styles. 720p on Starter, 1080p on Creator, 4K on Agency.
How long does a video take to generate?+
Most videos render in a few minutes. You watch each pipeline stage — research, creative direction, script, casting, voice, shoot, edit — live in your dashboard.
Can I use the ads commercially?+
Yes. You retain full rights to every video you generate on a paid plan, including paid advertising usage on Meta, TikTok, YouTube and anywhere else.

You can create an account and preview the workflow free. Generating finished videos requires a subscription — every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel in one click from Billing — your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. New subscribers are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Does UGCGenie have an API?+
Yes — Agency plans include REST API access to kick off generations programmatically. Your API key is created in Settings → API.

How does the affiliate program work?+
Partners earn 35% recurring commission for the lifetime of every customer they refer — 45-day cookie, first-touch attribution, $50 minimum payout, paid monthly via Stripe. Apply from the Affiliates page.
What can't UGCGenie do yet?+
We don't clone real people without consent, we don't produce explicit content, and long-form (>60s) video is on the roadmap. Everything is guardrailed — custom prompts can't bypass safety systems.
